Abortion

Thesis : Abortion should be allowed.

We disagree based on the assumption that humans are playing God by performing the procedure. Humans are taking the lives of other humans. What's worst, the victim has committed no fault.

Women get abortions for various reasons, the top reasons being unwanted pregnancies and birth defects. How is this, the fault of the baby, the victim in this heinous crime? Murderers all over the world are either imprisoned for life or put to death for their deed. We condemn their actions. Ironically, some of us condone and even propose that abortion is the answer to our problems.

The top reason why we feel that abortion should not be allowed is that humans are humans, no one is more superior than the other, no matter how rich you are or how educated you are. Why should people be allowed to play God and smite innocents just because we are older? Why should we be allowed to kill for our own selfish reasons?
